I have worked in the field since before the turn of the century, and in that time I have given Expert advice to the Court in a wide range of commercial disputes usually involving insolvency or disputes over value. My workload has included claims for:​

I have been through the process many times. Usually but not always resolving disputes through negotiation- whatever is best for you having regard to costs and litigation risk. But I have also given
evidence in court and attended both arbitrations and mediations with clients, understanding the dynamics of the other side’s strategy and advising accordingly.
Litigation Support​

Sometimes I am asked to help people who have got caught up in litigation and their lawyers with and strategic commercial advice, acting as a consultant. This can be very effective in determining a commercial resolution of what may otherwise seem to be an intractable legal argument.
Independent Evaluator Reports​
Throughout my career I have been a great supporter of the Business Rescue culture and have specialised in achieving going concern sales out of insolvency. I am unusual in having extensive experience and knowledge of what are called accelerated business sales and so understand the dynamics of achieving pre-packaged sales and purchases.
This is the ideal background to be able to offer a highly professional and efficient Independent Evaluator report service.
The law requires these reports for all pre-pack sales to connected parties from administration insolvency processes.
