Throughout his career Fanshawe has specialised in business recovery involving going concern sales out of insolvency. He now has the ideal mix of professional knowledge and experience to provide well-reasoned and clear Independent Evaluator reports to enable connected parties and administrators to comply with the Administration (Restrictions on Disposal etc to Connected Persons) Regulations 2021 (SI 2021/427).
